As guests walked into the little church in Palisade, they were met by a textbook. A textbook guestbook, if you will. Dylan and Lexi first met in a statistics course in college. Dylan was Lexi’s tutor, and that semester they spent every Sunday together studying in the University Center. As they wrote on their sign-in table: the rest is history! It was only fitting, then, that their guests sign that very textbook that started it all at their wedding at Talbott’s Cider and the little church in Palisade!
After their ceremony at First Baptist, Dylan assisted Lexi into his old truck, local cider cans strung behind. They drove up to the orchard near Talbott’s cider tap room for our portrait time together. I previously captured their engagement session on the Colorado National Monument, and all their best poses and prompts came flooding back as we adventured through the trees to the cliff overlooking Mt. Garfield and Palisade proper below.
Following their photos we went back to Talbott’s for dancing, cake and fun! It was such a joyful day filled with love and laughter; which anyone who knows these two would expect! They are full of so much happiness and it radiates around them. Thank you, Dylan and Lexi, for inviting me to document your celebration! It was such an unspeakably beautiful day!
