The world slowed down as tears began to swell in her eyes. She never thought she’d actually cry walking down the aisle after eight and a half years together. But eight and a half years is a long time to think about this moment. The moment they would, in front of all their loved ones, commit themselves to each other. Forever.
I remember first meeting Ryan, having known Dani for years in school. They really just seemed to click together, like pieces of a puzzle – as cheesy and cliche as that is.
When I found out that Ryan and Dani were getting married at an industrial venue in downtown Omaha I was stoked! Downtown Omaha is an old favorite spot of mine. From exploring the city in my college days to family trips and now having my in-laws there it’s really a special place.Rugged brickwork, rust and iron, architectural details… I love the aesthetic so much. the Living Room in Omaha was a dreamy industrial wedding venue for sure!
The two shared an intimate day with close friends and family, saying their vows under a decorative metal archway (that was SO COOL) and sharing light hors d’oeuvres and cake afterward. It truly was a perfect celebration mirroring their connection! Take a peek at some of my favorite moments from the day:
