Mystie & Nate’s sunrise autumn adventure session on the Colorado National Monument was an incredible morning that made getting up early (after a weekend Halloween party at that!) alllllll worth it. The way the light on the pillars and canyons changes as the sun rises on the horizon, and the color of the red rock walls shifts with the changing light, will never cease to amaze me. We explored a trail on this canyon rim, were met with big horn sheep, and basked in the warm rays as the sun came up and heated the air around us. Adventure sessions are a great time to explore a new area (I’ll show you my faves!) and get some beautiful images for save the dates, your wall art, or holiday cards.
