Camille & Grant’s wedding at Ragged Mountain Events was one of the best evenings. The two decided to get married on the summer solstice, and found the perfect backdrop for the day by chance while Camille was reading wedding group threads on Facebook. Sure enough, after touring the venue, they knew it was the one. They shared pictures with me of the place and while it looked beautiful in photos, it was even more incredible in person!
The ceremony was held in a large field overlooking hills and mountains along the horizon, and Camille rode into the space on a horse-drawn carriage. Their two pups walked down the aisle with their wedding party, and wandered throughout the ceremony space as their humans made their vows to one another. They had Grandma Twyla be their flower granny and she was one of my favorite parts of the day ha! It really was a celebration of love with so many dear family members and friends-that-are-family involved in the day. Camille’s friend and bridesmaid did all the flowers, a friend made their cake, and Grant even caught the elk and catfish for the street tacos the food truck made for dinner!
We left the party for sunset photos, which transformed the already amazing backdrops into something even more magical. The party and dancing went into the night, with string lights illuminating the celebrating. Camille and Grant, thank you so much for such a beautiful day!
