[wc_box color=”info” text_align=”left”]Maddy contacted me in December to book a family session as a Christmas gift for her parents. We had planned to go to a couple outdoor locations in Des Moines, but our luck is terrible. We ended up with the coldest day in December, and outdoors just looked out of the equation. Fortunately, Maddy’s dad is a firefighter in the metro so we were able to make the absolute best back-up scenario come through!
We ended up meeting up at the firestation — the only one in Des Moines with a pole! — for their family photos. Take a peek into our afternoon:

I’m so grateful to have finished 2014 on such a great note! 2015 will be starting off wonderfully with a wedding this weekend — this year is sure to be full of love. 🙂
