Adam & Brittany | Winter Wedding at Two Rivers Winery

Last weekend I had the opportunity to capture Adam and Brittany’s beautiful winter wedding at Two Rivers Winery! Even though we didn’t have the snow we had hoped for, the day was beautiful and warmed up with cozy accents everywhere. They treated their guests to a hot cocoa and mulled wine bar during cocktail hour, and R&R Events outdid themselves making sure warm blankets and cozy pillows beautifully decorated the space!

The two adorned the day with beautiful cranberry tones accented with gold and white touches – perfect for the winter celebration. With the cold weather, the ceremony was held inside the chateau at Two Rivers Winery as well, which really worked well with their more intimate celebration. Brittany’s childhood dog was their ring bearer (insert all the heart eyes here!) which is one of my favorite things to hear haha. Catering from Berna B’s featured yummy soups, salad and grilled cheese dippers and there couldn’t be anything more suited to the cold! The mother-son dance took a beautiful turn as Adam’s mom gave the second half of the dance over to his grandmother. The two shared the rest of the dance together, to many tears from family members (and myself, if I’m honest!)

With family and friends coming from all over the country, it was so touching to see all the joy and laughter throughout the day. Seeing Adam and Brittany’s love bring so many people together from afar was amazing. The toasts touched on this too, noting how remarkable their love story is. Military weddings have a tendency to touch on the trials of deployments and time apart, something these two have weathered as well.
